To celebrate America’s 250th birthday The Institute of Museums and Library Services partnered with 18 wheel mobile museums that travel all across the country, including Marion Indiana.
The vehicles unfold into a museum, with digital storytelling, different artifacts and the history of the founding.
AJ Schafer, a history major here at Indiana Wesleyan said, “These trucks do a great job reminding people of what the country was built on.”
Indiana Wesleyan is the only stop for the mobile museum in the state of Indiana.
Luke Munoz, a student from Indiana Wesleyan said the presentation of the history and artifacts is so modern and is very appealing to the eye.
Student Jackson Bell said the Freedom Truck did a great job at bringing a little sense of American spirit to Indiana Wesleyan.
